Free Consult Call
We start with a free thirty-minute call. No pitch, no pressure. We talk about your business, your goals for the next six months, and why brand photography feels right for you right now. For headshot sessions, we skip straight to booking.
Your Custom Proposal
Based on our conversation, I put together a proposal built around what you actually need. You review it, tell me what works or what needs adjusting, and we finalize your package and get your date locked in.
Your Session Guide
Once you're booked, I send you a detailed questionnaire and then build your custom session guide covering locations, outfits, props, and shot list. By the time your session day arrives, every detail is planned and every question is answered.

How do I know if I need a headshot session or a full brand session?
If you need a professional photo that represents you online, a headshot session is the right starting point. If you're ready to build a full library of images that tells the story of your business across your website, social media, and marketing materials, a brand session is the move. Not sure? What's included in a brand session?
Every brand session includes the consult call, a custom session guide, location and outfit planning, a Pinterest-inspired shot list, lifestyle and headshot images, a fully edited downloadable gallery, and commercial use rights. Packages vary in session length and number of locations. We'll find the right fit on our call.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend reaching out four to six weeks before you'd like to shoot, especially if you have a launch, rebrand, or event driving your timeline. The more lead time we have, the more thorough your session guide will be.
How long does the whole brand session process take?
From inquiry to gallery delivery, most brand clients complete the full process in six to eight weeks. The questionnaire and session guide stage takes one to two weeks, and galleries are delivered within two weeks of your session date.
Can I split my brand session across two dates?
Yes, for sessions over four hours and depending on your needs. Both dates must fall within three months of each other. We'll talk through it on your consult call.
Do you offer corporate and team headshots?
Yes. Corporate and team headshot sessions are priced based on the number of employees and include all professionally edited individual headshots plus team group photos. Contact me for a custom quote.
Do you do product photography?
Yes. Product sessions are fully custom based on the number of products and scope of the project. If you need clean product images for your website, social media, or marketing materials, reach out and we'll put together a proposal that fits.
